			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="color:#111111;"><strong>STRESS</strong> is already a part of daily <span style="text-decoration:underline;">living</span>. You may never know it but you are already affected by this issue. You shout at your kids or nag your partner about something. You seem to raise an issue out of a particular event even if it is not true. You also tend to be suspicious at some points. All these are due to stress.</p>
<p>Scientifically, <span style="text-decoration:underline;">stress</span> is a state of high tension or pressure, resulting from an accident or injury or a psychological reaction of heightened <span style="text-decoration:underline;">emotional</span> response. Certain occupations are particularly stressful, such as acting, advertising, controlling air traffic, politics, investing and gambling. As an effect of stressful emotions such as panic attacks, fear and anger, the blood pressure rises, the pulse beats faster, breathing is accelerated, digestion stops, and the adrenal glands become overactive.</span></span></span></p>

</span></span></span><br />
<strong>1.</strong> It can be caused by many factors. Fear and anxiety are the greatest causes of psychological stress. In modern times people are constantly beset by the threat of calamities. They fear depression and inflation, unemployment, cancer and heart failure, missiles and bombs and famine. At home they may be confronted with marital incompatibility, quarrels, family illness, or financial troubles.</p>
<p><strong>2. </strong>It can also cause something. Many illnesses are caused by mental stress, including ulcers, spastic constipation, diarrhea, <span style="text-decoration:underline;">high blood pressure</span> and migraine headaches. Sometimes latent mental disorders are precipitated by stressful circumstances, as in the case of manic-depressive psychosis, schizophrenia, hysteria and neurasthenia.</p>
<p><strong>3. </strong>It can worsen through time. When a person is subjected to repeated stresses, she is likely to develop what people call nervous breakdown, an unscientific but expressive term. The stress produced by the problems of everyday living has led to the widespread use of tranquilizers, a last resort when there seems to be no escape from a difficult situation.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> It happens in daily living. Stress exists in almost every human activity and is not the same as nerve tension. Some stress is beneficial since it may stimulate action.</p>
<p>5. It can be lessened through healthy intimate relationships. Psychiatrists also found out that for the avoidance of excessive stress being married is better than being divorced or single.</p>
<p><strong>6.</strong> There are major stressful events connected to it. Studies also showed that the <span style="text-decoration:underline;">death of a child</span> is the most stressful of any lifeâ€™s events. Other items include a jail sentence, major financial problems, divorce and the beginning of an extra-marital affair. Some of the environmental factors that may be related to stress are the status of health, the social class, and the size of the household.</p>
<p><strong>7. </strong>There are also some stresses that cannot be controlled. Too much stress can show itself in various emotional, behavioral and physical signs, and the signs of stress differ extremely according to each individual.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:small;color:#111111;"><span><span style="font-size:small;"></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:small;color:#111111;"><span><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="color:#111111;"><span style="color:#bf005f;"><strong>Usual Physical, Emotional and Behavioral Signs of Stress:</strong><br />
</span><br />
The physical indications of stress include sleep interruptions, tense muscles, annoyance, <span style="text-decoration:underline;">gastrointestinal problem</span>, and exhaustion. Its emotional and behavioral indications consist of apprehension, fear, alterations in eating practices, depleted energy, and mood swings. All of the symptoms given cannot tell whether a person has an elevated stress level because these indications may be due to other medical or mental problems.</p>
<p>It is also a fact that persons in stress are most likely to maintain harmful activities like <span style="text-decoration:underline;">drug and alcohol addiction</span>, excessive cigarette smoking, and poor eating habits. These harmful activities can extremely add to the severity of the indications connected to stress.</p>
<p>Remember that all people may be prone to stress â€“ no matter what age you are in and no matter what status of life you have. The extent may vary also depending on how you take up the challenge that goes with it. If you have a support system with you, it is <span style="text-decoration:underline;">easy to do</span> away with the situation. But at the worse, it may only lead you to panic attacks.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p>Below is a tip to prevent a scam.</p>

<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">When you receive an SMS or email saying you have won something, always verify it with the company named in the SMS or email. Contact the company in Malaysia and not the number given to you in the SMS or in the email.</p>
<p></span></div>

<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">If the message cannot be verified, ignore or delete it. Do not forward the SMS or email to others as this serves to further propagate the scam.</p>
<p></span></div>
</li>
<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">If you are a victim of a scam, first report to your bank in order to get your account blocked and then lodge a police report at a nearby police station. You need to provide relevant details indicating the scam in the reports.</p>
<p></span></div>
</li>
<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">You should never provide your bank details, such as account number, ATM card number or PIN number to a third party, even in your police report.</p>
<p></span></div>
</li>
<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Do not open a bank account for a third party. If you have done it, close it immediately and lodge a police report.</p>
<p></span></div>
</li>
<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">If you are asked to call a number to verify your gift and the person on the other end claims to be Malaysian but has a foreign accent, be suspicious. However, users are advised to refrain from communicating with the scammers.</p>

<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Always pay attention to the caution alerts posted on your bank&#8217;s websites, notices placed at ATMs and banks.</p>
<p></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Do not respond to text messages or emails from anyone requesting for private information such as their internet banking&#8217;s username, password or TAC number, even if the request comes from your bank.</p>
<p></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Do not reveal your Internet username or password to anyone even if they claim to be from the bank.</p>
<p></span></div>
</li>
<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Do not register any third party mobile number at your bank&#8217;s ATMs for the issuance of TAC. Only register your own mobile phone number so that the TAC is sent to you.</p>
<p></span></div>

<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Never allow a third party to use your ATM card or have access to your PIN.</p>
<p></span></div>
</li>
<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Always be careful when making online transactions especially at unsecured places like cyber cafes, or at wireless hotspots.</p>
<p></span></div>
</li>
<li>
<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">You may also forward details of scams such as the source of the SMS and the telephone number to be called as well as other details about the scam, to a nearby police station for the police to investigate.</p>

<div><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:Arial;">Users who received scam emails may forward the </span><a href="http://www.mycert.org.my/en/resources/email/email_header/main/detail/509/index.html"><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:Arial;">full header</span></a><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:Arial;"> of the scam email to MyCERT for our further analysis to trace the originating IP address of the scam email.</span></div>

Kajian di Institut Psikologi di Austria mendapati tekanan kerja menjadi pemangkin kepada pengambilan makanan seperti coklat dan kerepek. Berdasarkan 5,000 pesakit hospital, kajian mendapati kebanyakan pesakit obes membuat kerja-kerja tekanan tinggi. Laporan juga menyatakan, untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kita perlu mengawal kadar gula dalam darah dengan mengambil makanan karbohidrat tinggi setiap 2 jam untuk mengekalkan kadar yang stabil. Energy-saving light bulbs are so dangerous that everyone must leave the room for at least 15 minutes if one falls to the floor and break.</p>
<p>The startling alert came as health experts also warned that toxic mercury  inside the bulbs can aggravate a range of problems including migraines and  dizziness. A leading dermatologist said tens of thousands of people with  skin complaints will find it hard to tolerate being near the bulbs as they  cause conditions such as eczema to flare up..</p>
<p>Shards of glass from broken bulbs  should not be vacuumed up but instead swept away by someone wearing rubber  gloves to protect them from the bulb&#8217;s mercury content.</p>
<p>In addition, it said care should be taken not to inhale any dust and the  broken pieces should be put in a sealed plastic bag for disposal at a  council dump &amp; not a normal household bin.</p>
<p>None of this advice, however, is printed on the packaging the new-style bulbs are sold in. There are also worries over how the bulbs will be  disposed of.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">1.Sikap</span></strong></p>
<p>Jika hanya ada satu sahaja faktor penentu kejayaan dalam apa juga yang anda lakukan, ialah sikap. Einstein mengatakan bahawa sikap 99% adalah penentu kejayaan atau kegagalan seseorang.</p>
<p>Anda mestilah mempunyai sikap yang positif dalam apa juga yang anda mahu lakukan, jika anda mahukan kejayaan.</p>
<p>Samada anda berjaga, hendak melelapkan mata, bekerja – apa juga yang anda buat, anda mestilah tanamkan sikap positif. Apabila sesuatu perkara tidak menjadi seperti yang anda harapkan, anda sepatutnya terus bersikap positif. Jika anda bangun lewat, jangan merasa bosan, sebaliknya anda harus berfikiran positif dan berkata kepada diri anda sendiri “ ok, hari ini aku terlewat bangun, sekarang aku perlu lakukan yang terbaik untuk hari ini”.</p>
<p>Saya tidak percaya bahawa mereka yang berjaya pada hari ini boleh mencapai tahap itu tanpa mempunyai sikap yang baik dan positif.</p>
<p>Sebenarnya lebih mudah untuk berfikiran negatif, dan untuk pengetahuan anda untuk berfikiran positif memerlukan sedikit usaha. Tampalkan satu nota di atas meja anda, di dalam kereta, cermin dibilik air yang tertulis “SIKAP”. Apabila anda melihat nota itu, berhenti sejenak dan berfikir tentang perkara yang sudah berlaku pada hari itu, dan jika ada masanya anda merasa tidak berfikiran positif, fikirkan semula dan teruskan kerja yang anda lakukan.</p>
<p>Jika anda bersikap positif, semua perkara yang anda lakukan akan menjadi lebih mudah. Jika ada perkara yang anda tidak suka lakukan, jangan biarkan sehingga pada saat akhir, bahkan lakukan perkara tersebut dahulu dan fikirkan “Saya mahu menyiapkan kerja ini sampai siap kemudian saya boleh buat kerja yang saya suka !”. Cubalah teknik ini dan anda pasti akan merasa perbezaannya.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">2. Ambil tindakan</span></strong></p>
<p>Ini merupakan satu isu yang besar kepada ramai orang, mereka mempunyai idea bisnes yang baik, mereka memberitahu kepada kawan-kawan tentang bisnes yang hendak dimulakan, kawan-kawan menjadi positif dan menyokong. Kemudian mereka beritahu kepada beberapa orang lain sehinggalah menjadi senyap begitu sahaja.</p>
<p>Jika anda mempunyai idea yang bagus tidak menjadi masalah, tetapi anda perlu membuat tindakan. Kemudian apabila anda sudah mula melakukan sesuatu, anda perlu mengambil beberapa lagi langkah seterusnya sehinggalah mencapai kejayaan.</p>
<p>Jika anda mempunyai peluang atau idea pada masa ini, mungkin sesuatu yang sudah lama anda fikirkan, berhenti bercakap dan berfikir tentangnya – BUAT SAHAJA.</p>
<p>Saya mempunyai ramai sahabat yang datang berjumpa dan bercakap tentang idea-idea bisnes seperti seolah-olah mereka yang menyuruh saya melakukan bisnes tersebut. Saya boleh menolong mereka, beri cadangan tetapi yang menyedihkan ialah 90% daripada mereka tidak pernah membuat tindakan. Jika anda tidak membuat tindakan, anda menafikan hak anda untuk satu kejayaan.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">3. Tukar Bagaimana Anda Diprogramkan</span></strong></p>
<p>Sejak dari bangku persekolahan lagi kita selalu terfikir seperti yang selalu diberitahu oleh orang-orang dewasa bahwa “ belajar pandai-pandai dan dapatkan kerja yang baik”. Harap anda jangan tersalah anggap, saya fikir apabila kita disekolah kita perlu belajar apa yang perlu kemudian buka bisnes anda sendiri!</p>
<p>80% jutawan pada hari ini mencapai impian mereka dengan memulakan bisnes sendiri. Mungkin anda sudah sedia maklum, jika anda benar-benar mahukan kebebasan kewangan, masa depannya ialah dengan memulakan perniagaan sendiri.</p>
<p>Sudah tentu bisnes sendiri harus menanggung risiko, dan boleh mengurangkan risiko tersebut dengan memulakannya secara sambilan, dan gunakan teknik yang saya tunjukkkan dengan modal yang kecil, tetapi ganjarannya amat banyak dan menguntungkan.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">4. Tuliskan Apa Yang Anda Fikirkan</span></strong></p>
<p>Saya tidak kisah berapa baik memori yang anda ada, tetapi mengapa perlu dibiarkan sahaja. Mengapa perlu menanggung risiko jika terlupa sesuatu yang penting? Tuliskan perkara yang ada difikiran anda menolong melegakan otak anda yang sarat dengan maklumat. Apabila anda menulisnya anda tidak perlu takut jika terlupa pada masa yang diperlukan.</p>
<p>Jika anda mempunyai idea – tuliskan.</p>
<p>Jika anda mempunyai masalah – tuliskan.</p>
<p>Apabila anda menulis sesuatu masalah, anda akan dapati bahawa anda boleh berfikir dengan lebih jelas, dan satu masa nanti perkara tersebut dapat</p>
<p>diselesaikan. Teknik ini nampak mudah, tapi jika anda mula menggunakannya, anda pasti akan lihat perbezaannya kelak.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>5. Tetapkan matlamat dan impian</strong></span></p>
<p>Jika anda tidak mempunyai sasaran, anda tidak akan dapat apa-apa. Anda mesti mempunyai matlamat, anda perlu tahu kemana destinasi anda, berusaha untuk mencapainya dan sentiasa ingat akan impian anda. Saya berjumpa dengan ramai orang yang mungkin tidak faham tentang konsep ini yang berkata “impian aku ialah untuk menjadi jutawan dalam masa 5 tahun” tetapi apabila anda tanyakan bagaimana untuk mencapainya, mereka hanya diam sahaja.</p>

Lampu ini mewakili tekanan minyak dan juga suhu air, maka apabila lampu ini menyala, ia menunjukkan sama ada tekanan minyak kenderaan anda sudah terlalu rendah (mungkin paras minyak sudahpun menurun), atau penanda aras tekanan sudah tidak berfungsi, maka ia menyampaikan mesej yang salah. Jika tekanan minyak menjadi rendah, enjin anda mungkin akan mengalami kebocoran minyak atau membakarnya. Adalah sangat penting semua ini diperiksa dengan lebih lanjut. Mungkin juga anda harus bertukar kepada minyak yang baru.<br />
Jika lampu “periksa enjin” atau “hilang kuasa” menyala, pastikan anda membawa kereta anda untuk diperiksa oleh mekanik yang bertauliah. Walaupun ianya bukanlah kecemasan, tetapi ianya melibatkan masalah kepada kawalan perkomputeran enjin kenderaan. Maka adalah lebih baik anda mendapatkan khidmat nasihat profesional.</p>

Selalunya apabila lampu “brek” menyala, ianya bermakna anda terlupa untuk menurunkan brek tangan ketika memandu. Walaubagaimanapun, ianya juga membawa makna paras minyak brek anda sudahpun menurun ataupun sistem brek anda tidak berfungsi. Pastinya sesuatu yang perlu diperiksa dan diservis!<br />
Kebanyakan daripada kita mula berasa cemas apabila lampu “alternator” mula menyala. Ini adalah kerana ia bermakna bateri kenderaan anda tidak dapat di kuasakan dan akan padam tidak lama lagi. Walaubagaimanapun, jika voltan alternator keluar berada di dalam keadaan yang stabil, ianya bermakna <em>“drive belt”</em> telahpun longgar dan anda harus  memastikan kenderaan anda diperiksa oleh mekanik yang bertauliah.</p>

Salah satu cara mudah untuk mengenalpasti masalah ini adalah dengan menghidupkan enjin kenderaan anda, keluar dari kenderaan dan periksalah lampu signal di depan dan di belakang kenderaan anda. Akhir sekali tukarkan mana-mana mentol yang tidak berfungsi tersebut dengan mentol yang baru.</td>

<p><font face="Calibri">A recently concluded research study published in the American Heart Association’s journal “Hypertension”, revealed this fact. According to the findings of this study, diets of more than 30,000 examined for women who were actually middle-aged and older.<br />
Researchers at the ‘Harvard University’ observed that women who <strong><em><span style="color:#008000;">consumed more fat-free milk or low-fat milk and other milk products along with the diets rich in calcium and vitamin-D had more protection against any risk of hypertension and blood pressure.<br />

Examining the advantages of consuming milk alone, the researchers observed that if women drank two or more servings of low-fat or fat-free milk every day then the risk of hypertension or blood pressure was reduced by almost 10% while in case of women who drank such type of milk for less than even a month the rate was comparatively higher to suffer from such health problems. Researchers found that these results cannot be replicated when tried with high-fat milk, other high fat milk products, and calcium and vitamin-D supplements.</p>
<p>In America, almost one in every three adults suffers from high blood pressure. Women even do not know that they are suffering from hypertension and their number is growing very fast.</p>
<p>A Similar study, which has been published in the journal “Circulation”, established this fact. During the previous decade, the number of cases of high blood pressure and hypertension has reached up to uncontrollable limit in case of women in entire United States. This problem has posed a great risk for all these women for developing other cardiovascular diseases, strokes, and kidney failure also.</p>

Sebaliknya, ia mesti dilakukan dalam kedua2 keadaan bagi membolehkan seseorang itu meratakan air ke seluruh anggota badannya yang zahir.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;">Rukun mandi wajib ada 3 perkara. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Pertama, niat.</span></strong> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;">Niat mandi wajib: <em>&#8220;Sahaja aku mengangkat hadas besar kerana Allah Taala.&#8221; </em>Atau<em> &#8221; Sahaja aku mandi wajib kerana Allah Taala.&#8221;</em> Niat itu di dalam hati dan ia hendaklah disertakan ketika air sampai ke mana2 bahagian anggota badan. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;">Bagi perempuan yang habis haid, niat mandi wajib ialah: <em>&#8221; Sahaja aku mengangkat hadas haid kerana Allah Taala.&#8221;</em> Manakala bagi perempuan yang habis nifas, niat mandi wajibnya ialah: <em>&#8221; Sahaja aku mengangkat hadas nifas kerana Allah Taala&#8221;. </em></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><em>Niat itu jika dilambatkan atau ketika seseorang itu memulakannya selepas dia telah membasuh salah satu anggota badannya akan menjadikan mandi wajibnya tidak sah. Oleh itu dia mestilah memulakan kembali niatnya ketika dia mula menyampaikan air keseluruh anggota badannya. Sekiranya dia berniat sebelum air sampai ke badan, niat itu juga tidak sah. Oleh itu mandi wajibnya tidak sah.</em></span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Kedua, menghilangkan najis di badan.</span></strong> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;">Menurut Imam Nawawi, jika kita ada najis di badan, najis itu boleh dibasuh serentak dengan mandi wajib. Ertinya membasuh najis dengan mandi itu boleh disekalikan.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ketiga, meratakan air keseluruh anggota badan yang zahir.</span></strong> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;">Meratakan air ke seluruh anggota badan yang zahir, meliputi kulit, rambut dan bulu yang ada di badan, sama ada bulu2 yang jarang atau lebat. Jika rambut seseorang itu ditocang atau disanggul, sekiranya tidak sampai air ke dalamnya, tocang atau sanggul itu wajiblah dibuka. Bulu2 dalam lubang hidung pula, tidak wajib dibasuh kerana dianggap batin. Tetapi sekiranya, bulu2 di dalam hidung itu bernajis, ia wajiblah dibasuh.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><em>Mengenai kuku pula, jika di dalam kuku ada kotoran yg boleh menghalang sampai air ke badan khususnya di bahagian bawah kuku, kotoran itu wajiblah dibuang. Membuang kotoran di dalam kuku itu pula boleh dilakukan ketika sedang mandi.</em> </span></span></strong></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;">Tentang rambut yg diwarnakan pula selain inai, inilah yang merumitnya. Sebenarnya jika rambut seseorang itu diwarnakan dengan pewarna selain inai, mandi wajib seseorang itu tidak sah. Oleh itu, seseorang yang mewarnakan rambutnya dengan pewarna selain inai, jika dia hendak mandi wajib, dia mestilah membuang pewarna pada rambutnya terlebih dahulu. Tetapi untuk membuang pewarna itu pula bagaimana?</span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#008080;font-family:Verdana;">Sedangkan pewarna pada rambut itu sebenarnya tidak boleh dibuang begitu mudah. Yang menyebabkan mandi wajib orang yang menggunakan pewarna pada rambutnya tidak sah kerana pewarna itu akan menyalut rambutnya yang menghalang air sampai ke rambut. Ini berbeza dengan inai. Inai sebenarnya akan meresap ke rambut, tetapi pewarna pula akan menyalut rambut menyebabkan air terhalang ke rambut.</span></span></strong></em></p>
